1. No Return & No Refund Policy
At Inklay, all products are sold under a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
Once an order is placed and successfully delivered:

We do not accept returns.

We do not provide refunds.

We do not offer exchanges for size or design preferences.
We request customers to carefully check the size chart, product details, and design before placing an order.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product Only)
We only consider replacement requests in the following cases:

You receive a damaged product

You receive the wrong item

Share clear unboxing video and product images as proof

If approved after verification, we may offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
No refunds will be issued in any case.
3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Cancellation requests (if any) must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
4. Non-Acceptance of COD Orders
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order:
